Injection molding
With our modern machinery we can offer many possibilities of injection molding to you, from the stand-alone machine to the complete production cell. Kucor is covering a wide range from initial sampling to small-volume production and a high-volume serial production.
Machinery
We are manufacturing with 11 injection molding machines with clamping forces starting from 28 to 160 tons.
The machines are equipped with with linearrobots and corresponding peripherals for handling demanding parts. Small machines are equipped with sprue pickers, conveyor belts and progammable separating switch.
Tempering units are available up to 160 degree celsius for handling high end materials like LCP, PEEK and others.
Special processes such as 2-component injection molding, insert molding and overmolding are also part of our portfolio.

Materials
We work with all common thermoplastic materials, starting from polyolefins, technical plastics up to high temperature plastics and thermoplastic elastomers.
If a material drying is required, we can ensure it by reliable dry air and compressed air dryers. Sprues are grinded directly next to the machine and get added to the injection molding process or alternatively sold to recycling companies.
When it comes to material selection, we build on decades of experience and rely on the excellent support of many well-known material manufacturers.
